Size: 45″x45″. Wrap your baby in soft, light, breathable and gentle 100% cotton swaddle blankets that create the environment similar to a mother’s womb and keep your baby calm and comfy. These swaddle blankets are as cute as most babies!

Muslin. They are made of muslin also known as muslin gauze or mousseline which is 100% cotton. No synthetic content.

Lightweight, ultra soft & gentle. Great for a newborn’s delicate skin.

Breathable. These lightweight swaddle blankets prevent overheating and sweating in warm weather. Muslin has open weave that allows airflow.

Washes well. Muslin fabric becomes softer after washing. Recommended to wash before using.

Adorable modern patterns. Unisex colors available.

Versatile. Recommended uses:

  • swaddling. Swaddling mimics the mother’s womb and makes the baby feel more secure. Most babies are ready to be weaned off wrapping by 3 to 4 months of age, although some continue to need the wrapping to help them sleep up to 9 months of age,
  • when you stop swaddling you can use them as blankets for bedtime,
  • burp cloth,
  • privacy nursing cover,
  • blanket for a baby to crawl on,
  • stroller cover,
  • car seat cover,
  • cloth diaper especially if disposable synthetic diapers cause rash,
  • baby’s lovie. Babies get emotionally attached to soft blankets.
Recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics concerning swaddling:
– Make sure that the baby is always on the back when swaddled. Place your baby on the back to sleep, and monitor him/her to be sure he/she doesn’t roll over while swaddled.
– The swaddle should not be too tight or make it hard for the baby to breathe or move his or her hips. You want to be able to get at least two or three fingers between the baby’s chest and the swaddle.
– Do not have any loose blankets in your baby’s crib. A loose blanket, including a swaddling blanket that comes unwrapped, could cover your baby’s face and increase the risk of suffocation.
– When your baby looks like he or she is trying to roll over, you should stop swaddling.
