RETURNS
We respect our customers’ individual preferences and needs. We also understand the challenges associated with buying online the unseen merchandise. Therefore, all the items shipped from Organic-Comfort.com can be returned so long as they have not been used, laundered or damaged. The health regulations do not allow us to resell used bedding especially used bed sheets and duvet covers.
We request that you arrange the return within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless you received a defective item. We refund the purchase price of the items returned less our shipping costs.
Any return must get our pre-approval.
